Storm Ciara damages aquatic store

Clearly Aquatics in Bangor, Northern Ireland had a wood delivery of a different kind last week.

Storm Ciara blew some neighbouring fir trees over onto the roof of the award-winning store, with one branch piercing right through the metal canopy and into the store.

Owner Mark McKinney had just returned from a Koi buying trip in Japan and was faced with this the next morning.

Thankfully no further damage was caused by Storm Dennis just days after, and no one was hurt.
