Water Alive will be the UK’s biggest fish show
The organisers behind the AQUA trade show are launching a consumer show that aquarium hobbyists can visit this October. Called Water Alive, the event is an extension of the biennial AQUA show, where hundreds of aquatics companies, leading brands, and retailers all gather to show off new products and do business. This time, in 2023, hobbyists get to visit Europe’s biggest aquatic trade show too.
Water Alive is a two-day event, held during the second and third days of the AQUA trade show. It’s held at the Telford International Centre in Shropshire, on Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th of October. Visitors will get to meet manufacturers and talk about their products in person, as well as see all the latest innovations.

Retail Mall
Trade shows like AQUA and Interzoo always have amazing display tanks too, so we hope there will be plenty of furnished aquaria and ponds to inspire as well. Water Alive will feature everything to do with tropical and coldwater fish, marine fish, corals, aquascaping, ponds, and water gardening. There will be expert speakers on hand and seminars, and visitors will be able to buy dry goods, plants, corals, and invertebrates from the newly featured Retail Mall.
If you, a friend, or a family member are passionate about fishkeeping then Water Alive will probably be the largest exhibition ever held in the UK that caters especially to them. It will serve to inform and inspire, as well giving the aquatic trade and fish shops a much-needed boost.
Tickets will be available for purchase from the end of March 2023. Go to www.aquatelford.co.uk to find out more.
